Custom orders will follow the agreed preview/mockup once approved by the customer.
3. Orders and Payments

Due to the handmade and customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged upon arrival.
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging.
Approved refunds or replacements will be processed promptly.

We offer personalized and custom artwork. Once a preview is approved by the customer, no further changes can be made, and the order becomes final.
